Tae Bo Amped
Years ago, people thought of having tae-bo as their wokout routine because it was introduced as a great cardio workout which burns a lot of fat while toning muscles. The workout was created by Billy Blanks and now after years of being known he has introduced a new routine or a new version for tae bo called Amped.
With Tae bo Amped, you can sweat more since Billy Blanks included more activities on the routine through marching, kicks, stances, pivoting and combinations as it is basically a more excited and amplified version of the original versions. It aims to utilize high-speed body sculpting power to firm your abs, produce long muscles and reduce your weight in a short period of time. It also intends to quickly burn more calories than the original version as it provide greater cardio intensity and targeted muscle toning.
The Amped workouts incorporate Tae Bo moves with the amplifier bar, which adds weight. You can feel the difference in your core, especially in the abs. Billy takes each move and amplifies it in cardio bursts, doubling the speed briefly while we all count and end with the shout “Get Amped!” Sometimes the cardio bursts sacrifice form for speed. It’s hard to maintain the correct poses going that fast, although the group on the DVD doesn’t seem to have much trouble. You feel like you’re part of the group of people working out with Billy on the DVD, and you’ll find yourself shouting and grunting along with them. Billy talks to the camera in all 5 workouts as if you’re right there with him. Through each workout, Billy Blanks performs the moves with the class and talks the audience through each move, encouraging everyone to continue and not give up. He combines his faith with his fitness expertise to get even the most sedentary people off of the couch and moving their bodies. He looks right at us asking, “How you feeling? You doing alright? Don’t give up on me now! Step on the pedal and gimme some gas!” You almost believe he’d see you if you quit, so you don’t.
Today, tae bo amped has marked to be the most popular product that Billy Blanks has introduced. People, who had tried the routine, say the routine has helped them and has been effective for them. It would cost around $29-30 and includes four workout videos, an amplifier sculpting bar, weight loss guide book, fifth workout DVD, a 7-day supply of energy formula and a 30-day free web club membership which would normally cost $9.95 a month.
If you really wanted to loss weight and you have an extra 40 bucks it would be great to buy and try this product as I have not yet bumped in to a negative review about tae-bo amped routine. The DVD workouts are challenging. They are essentially interval training workouts, which are historically one of the most successful in achieving toning and fat burning results. Plus the fact that you won’t get bored with the routine.
