a BENSHAW VFD controlling a 3 phase 480volt motor, ?

Should the output voltage be 480 volts at 30 HZ , OR should the voltage ramp up with the speed ? controlling a 3 phase 3 HP 480 VOLT MOTOR

The voltage should be proportional to frequency. If the motor is rated for 480 volts at 60 Hz, the VFD should supply 240 volts at 30 Hz and 120 volts at 15 Hz.
