The Flex Limited is equipped with voice-activated navigation system, SIRIUS satellite radio, Sony audio system, leather-trimmed seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, ambient lighting, power heated mirrors with memory, security approach lamps, HID headlights, LED taillights, satin-aluminum liftgate, refrigerated middle console, and 19-inch polished alloy rims.
The Ford Flex has all the luxuries you could want in a crossover SUV, the interior options include: 6-way power, heated passenger seat 60/40 2nd-row split-fold bench, dual-zone Electronic Automatic Temperature Control, audio input jack, lockable glovebox, universal garage door opener, cargo lamp over 3rd-row, storage pockets for all doors, privacy glass on rear doors, quarter and liftgate windows, manual tilt/telescoping steering wheel, cargo net, coat hooks in 2nd-row, map pockets on front seatbacks, and power window switch bezel.
When it comes to power and handling the Flex will not let you down; with a 3.5L DOHC, twenty-four-valve Duratec® V6 engine, 6-speed automatic transmission, Front Wheel Drive, AdvanceTrac® with Roll Stability Control™, and power rack-and-pinion steering.
The Flex has many exterior features including, Reverse Sensing System, High Intensity Discharge headlamps, unique blackout treatment for headlamps and tail lamps, bright polished dual exhaust tips, body color door handles, power, heated mirrors with memory feature, and a unique greenhouse FLEX badge on leading edge of the hood.
The Ford Flex is defiantly designed with safety in mind; safety features include, height-adjustable front seat safety belts with Belt-Minder® System, lower anchor and tether anchors for children (LATCH ), Tire Pressure Monitoring System, and illuminated entry with theater dimming lighting.
The Ford Flex is a crossover with few faults. Even if you’re not turned on by its hip-to-be-square styling, there’s no denying its excellent abilities as a pragmatic family SUV.
