Clamp Multimeter
How do I test the fuse in the multimeter ?
I’m planning on getting a used mac EM710 Multimeter. I’m not too sure how to check the fuse on the unit. The unit also comes with an amp clamp. hence the concern regarding the fuse.
the fuse is only used to protect the meter when reading in the current mode. you can remove the fuse and check its continuity with the multimeter in the ohm function (fuse not needed here).
