A question about viewing 3D on my new screen?
OK, so I just bought myself a new screen, the Samsung BX2335 LED LCD, and I was wondering if anyone can help me with 3D capabilities on the screen. I was told 3D is totally possible, and that I only needed the 3D glasses. So now I got the glasses, but somehow I cannot see the images/video clips in 3D with them on my screen. Now I don’t know if I need some kind of weird driver (I can’t think that’s possible, as the video/images are already displayed in that blurry red/cyan split kind of way). I also thought that it could be the glasses? They are one of those pairs that don’t have the two different colour lenses (the red/cyan ones) but two greyish ones. Can that be a factor to why I can’t view it properly? Please help, I really want to start doing some 3D stuff!!!
From what I understand, every tv brand has its own glasses. Did you buy the samsung glasses? If you are seeing the images displayed in that weird 3d way without glasses, you might have the wrong ones. Also, if the program is not broadcasting in 3d but just upconverted, you will not have the 3d experience that you would if you used a 3d movie or 3d broadcast.
