Can you switch from Active duty to the Reserves early?
The long and short of my situation is that I’m active duty Navy and for the most part both financially and professionally this was a mistake. But I would like to be a part of the Navy Reserve, so the question is is this a possibility? I’ve asked the question before about getting out early in general and one of the options that several people have presented to me is to switch my remaining time to the reserves, but is this even a possibility? And if it is then how do I make it happen?
