| I need a part that my Ridgeline Owners Manual says is available from my dealer. The dealer says he cannot get the part from Honda America. I called the customer service number and have been told that the part is not available and my complaint was unable to be resolved. It is a mating connector for the jack on the Ridgeline harness described on page 214 of the owners manual. How do I escalate this issue? |

| I know about the harness but that is not what the manual describes. The manual says that connector and pins are available from the dealer and even discribes the wiring color code for making the connections. I do NOT need the four harnesses in the KIT. I will not be using electronic brakes for my light utility trailer. A $140 kit to connect lights to my $200 trailer SUX. |
