| Hi folks, I am looking at the Ridgeline to pull my horse trailer. Do any of you haul a loaded horse trailer, and if so, how does it do? What type of hitch did you install? Also can you make any recommendations for dealers in Washington State? Thanks |

Welcome to the forum! There are several owners here that have been doing some towing, but not sure how heavy a loaded horse trailer is.
As for hitch recommendations, there are several threads under exterior mods that deal with what people are using. I have the Honda OEM hitch and am VERY pleased with it.
Good Luck! |

Is there an easy way to search the archives without scrolling through all the titles for posts about these hitches? Thanks |

If you click on "Search" in the Board Navigation section, you can enter "hitch" and either do the entire froum - or just a certain section. I selected the "ext mods" section and came up with about 14 different threads on the various hitches.
Good Luck! |

Very nice! Looks like my Ridgeline, sure that's not my boat, too?
As I've posted before, I took a long trip towing an autotransport trailer with an acura cl on it for 1/2 the trip and a 1957 chevy on it for the other half. I was quite a bit over weight since the trailer alone claimed to be 2000lbs and the cars were 3300 or so. I had two adults and a small amount of luggage. No problems as long as I didn't use the cruise control. Since this was the first time in my life to pull a trailer with any vehicle, it took a little getting used to at first, but the Ridgeline made it pretty easy. I'm sure it could've been better with a monster v-8 but that's not what I have!
Happy towing! 8) |

| Yeah but why is that 10% of the water in Canada not Michigan? :) We've got the other 90% of the water and 10% of the fish. :( |

| But, in Wisco there are fish in almost every bit of water! In Florida we have fish in ponds that were never stocked -- thanks to the birds, I guess 8) |

| The bass in Fla are all over the place...some are huge but most are in the 1 lb or so range. They do seem to be a bit lethargic, though. No real fight in 'em! |

| Here in southern Ontario(Canada) a 4 to 6 Lb largemouth is not a surprise, mostly 1 to 2LBS is the norm but pound for pound the smallmouth has to be the best fighting fresh water fish in North America(my personal best @5 Lbs 7 Oz).a rainbow trout is just as spectacular too. |

| What is a "toyhauler" and why do you have to say "any1" instead of "anyone"? Just wondering?! |

| A toyhauler in my book is a half travel trailer, half motorcycle/car/jetski/etc... carrier, where the rear end folds down like a ramp to let the toys out, then close the door, and the beds fold from the walls to fill in the vacated "toy space" |
