| Just curious to know what level of interest there may be for a group buy of bed mats (to cover all of the scratches) from Elemmat (not so sure of sp). Their mats are custom cut and fit for the Ridge. Their website advertises discounts for purchases of 5 or more. Would like to know if there is any interest in going for the group buy and maybe a bigger discount for all. |

I have a bed mat that I bought at "Tractor Supply" for about $35. It is a horse mat. It was 4'X6', made of heavy rubber and is approx. 3/8" thick. You have to trim it to fit. It is ribbed on one side and flat on the opposite side...It works great to prervent scratches...another tip on the original liner is to spray it with a clear tire wetting agent, let it sit for 15mins, then buff it dry...it makes the liner look new and does remove some surface scratches....

Sal,
I see you live in PA, I live in MD. Where in PA, and where is "Tractor Supply"? You say it is a horse mat, does that mean it was made for a horse stall? I have been looking for exactly what you bought.
Thanks

Heres my take on do it yourself bed matts.
I went to Lowes and bought (4) 3'X3' interlocking Anti-Fatique Shop Matts. These wont help if your hauling stone, but they will keep the bed nice hauling anything else.
They will keep items from sliding, which can be both a good and bad thing.
The matts open design will allow rain water to dry out quickly
The matts over the trunk can be tossed foward most of the time and locked to the others when needed, allowing easy access to the trunk
The matts closest to the cab, overlap the trunk a few inches, but the trunk hinge springs overcome their weight.
Total cost $80.00

| I just bought the 4X6 matt from Tractor Supply. Less than $40. Cut one foot off and it fits great. Not custom fit, but fills up the space between the wheel wells. |
