Wow, I didn't even know that there was an intake for the Ridgeline yet! Cool, thanks for the info. Kind of pricey for me. Please do report back on your experience with it. I've been considering a K&N replacement filter, but if something like this AEM really does give a noticeable HP increase I'd consider it more.

Do simple alterations like this affect the warranty?

Normally, if there's damage to the vehilce that's caused by the installation of aftermarket parts, or the poor installation of the aftermarket parts, then you might have a warranty problem. I can't think of any damage that could be done using one of these intakes, unless it suck up water or something and causes engine damage. Any engineers out there who'd like to pipe in on this one?

K&N just released their filter replacement for the Ridgeline. MSRP is around $60 but I picked one up off ebay for around $40 including shipping.

Today is the first day I've driven the Ridgeline with the new filter and I think there is a noticeable difference. At full throttle I seemed to have more power and I even think part throttle was a little better. We'll have to see if mileage is affected.

I ordered my AEM intake and it's in the mail. I paid $251.15 out the door. Hopefully between that and my new exhaust it will really open up the power.
