| Hey everyone..recently purchased a 2006 Black Ridgeline RTS. Interested in putting in sattelite radio but dont really want to spend all the money Honda wants to install...Anyone purchased XM or Siruis aftermarket receiver from Best Buy, etc....and had it installed. According to Best Buy's website nothing seems to "fit" the Ridgeline?? Comments? |

Welcome aboard! We use the Delphi MyFi in our S2K and in our home. Works great. The built-in transmitter works just fine through the stereo. The antenna is a small bud-size and sits on the dash.
Good Luck |

| You might want to try the XM SkyFi2. I have it in my truck and I love it! It is portable, comes with a remote and installs in about 30 minutes. You can actually rewind a song and listen to it again! I am going to put it in my next vehicle (hopefully a Ridge). |

Hate to be a traitor, but head over to Ridgelineownersclub.com. Use the search key for 'Sirius install'. A guy there uploaded photos of his install and he did it right between the two 12 volt plugs. It looks very good and he posted instructions and everything.
We just got a Sirius Sportster. My husband is doing a 'quick and dirty' install on it (no drilling). He is putting it on the passenger side 'dash area' in the first small 'tray' compartment. He will Velcro the unit there, it will plug into the passenger 12 volt plug. Unfortunately, the antenna wire will snake over the dash and he'll velcro the antenna near the window. So, no hidden wires and an amateur job...but it won't cost anything. Post photos when it is finally done. |

| Just a bit of info.... I installed a serius unit, and the antenna. fits nicley under the rear roof trim where the third brake ight is located. Then I routed the wire behind the upper bed light, then behind the front bed panel and through the rear of the truck to the back seat, then down along the rocker trim, up behind the passenger kickplate, and then under the dash. Woked out nicley. |

| I installed after market Sirius Sportster Replay mounted above rear view mirror. Ran antenna to rear center window through hole in roof to FM antenna area. I removed the two screws from back plate outside and used magnet mount in the center of the area. Works great and is hidden from site, plus no bulge like the ones that have factory mount XM. HAHA |
