For anyone looking to lease the Ridgeline here is some help. When you lease, they will give you a residual value (the price you can buy it for at the end). When I was adding accessories the residual never changed.. Then I said hey that isn't fair, since you keep the accessories when I turn in the car.. So they went and got their little handy book and Honda allows them to increase the residual value on certain accessories. How did this effect me? Well, my payment decreased because I was only paying for a portion of the accessories.
The bad news is not all of the accessories will increase the residual. I thought the towing package would, but it doesn't. I remember running boards, fog lights, TV and a couple of other things.
So if you add accessories in a lease (and I recommend you don't unless you have to have them) ask to increase the residual and have the call Honda if they won't.
Get your lease by Jan 3 to get a unbelievable interest rate of .99%. |

| Yes, unfortunately very few accessories residualize in the lease, Running boards, fog lights, IVES system, custom wheels do. The tonou (sp) cover and tow hitches do not, and that cover is not cheap! |
