I have a few guys that say the Ridgeline isn't a "real truck". I hauled a few thousand pounds of gravel for my shed foundation, and the Ridge performed like a champ. My acceleration was fine, it rode nice, sure the back end was riding just a little low :)
Here are some pictures, I'll post and after shot of the bed in high res, there was very little scratching. Of course I did baby it a little with the tarp, but it didn't protect the entire bed. |

| So, did you buy the Ridge to match the house or the house to match the Ridge? |

We bought the Ridge to match the house! Actually the house is a greyish green with off white trim, but it sure looks nice in our driveway!
I'm not sure exactly how much the load of gravel was. The guy dumping it from the bobcat asked be beforehand if my truck was a half-ton. When I said yes, he started dumping. It was a full bobcat bucket full. I'll see if I can call the place and get a number for you. I don't really think it was THOUSANDS, but a bobcat load of gravel has to be nearing a half ton. Then again, I don't really know what I'm talking about really. |
