Full Power Passenger Seat

Help!
I really like the Ridgeline, but I need a fully adjustable seat on the passenger side. My wife has severe back problems, and can't ride very long unless the seat can be adjusted to fit her just right. We have looked at a lot of cars, and the driver's seat on the Ridgeline is the first one that she was reallty comfortable in. Now we just need to figure out how to get the same adjustments onto the passenger seat. Any ideas how that can be accomplished (with matching upholstery/apperance)? Could parts from say an Acura MDX passenger seat base be used?
If someone can help resolve this requirement, I'll be driveng a Ridgeline soon!
