| A vehicle that goes 25mph tops has limited usefulness in our society of high-speed interstate highways and local roads with speed limits in excess of 40mph. Maybe in a "golf course" community... |

| You see a lot off those in industrial applications. Big plants wheree getting around in cars would be a waste of fuel, and battery cars are eeasy to charge. We have similar vehicles where I work, and we never take them on the street. |
