I've been quoted $348 incl. tax per month with $2500 down on a RTS for 36 months, is this good enough or should I keep trying?
Thanks for your help.

| ask for the rest of the details. In California the price, lease rate, residual options and everything else will be on the contract, so get that info up front and then check that with the payment and contract |

| That does sound like a lease. If that's a purchase, then it's a great deal. |

| With a lease, it's smart to get the sales price, which you should negotiate exactly the same as you would if you were going to purchase it. To try and answer your question, it sounds like the sales price is a little high if those are the terms of a 36 month lease. But it's impossible to tell without more info. |

'GOOGLE' for 'car leasing stragegies'...and read a few of them.
You really need to get more figures up front...and BEWARE of hidden charges...yadda yadda.
Get a few quotes from other dealers re: which ever honda dealer is near your home. You can go on-line and get 'free quotes' for leases that way...and not step foot in the door.
good luck. |
