No they are not functional but for apperance. Ridgeline Emblems on both front doors, and refinised OEM wheel rims in black and silver (polished alluminum) the attach pic depicts them more as white. And I don't think the painted and clear coated will be as durable as the OEM Gray Powdered coated, time will tell me.

It's a nice look, though. Is that the same Ridgeline emblem as on the tailgate?

Thanks, yes they are the Tail Gate Emblems, so there is no left and right. so the passenger side door reads in the opposite direction to driver side. just like in the western world read from left to right.

A tip should anyone try the install, all the letters are joined to-gether at the bottom (kinda flimsy) so before install use a straight edge on the bottom to check for straightness the tail end (line) will run high compared to the front (Ridge). The adhesive is super good so even will very light pressure difficult to remove if the emblem is not straight. Pic of passenger door.

How about some more info and pictures regarding those wheels? Looks interesting.

Photo's at link. The OEM wheels (Gray Powdered Coated) were refinished at a shop that specialized in Wheel Rim Repair + New. The procedure they used was. 1st they prep the rim for painting ,2nd they paint the entire wheel (color black my choice), 3rd they machined the high and the centre to a polished silver aluminum (a computerized lathe 100 grand so they tell me) The final step was Clear Coating. Out the door mounted was $650 Cdn $575 US. The very centre Plastic H Caps I had painted at a Sign Shop They did my Hummingbird Decals also. Cost $25. Cdn for all four the black Honda Pilot plastic H caps do fit but the cost is $26. Cdn each. They were stocked to match any new automotive color and I think black would suit any Silver or White Ridge.

In general they did a excellent job and have to say so far they have been a heck of lot easier to clean and maintain than the Chrome one's I bought which allways seemed stained or dirty. Stay tuned these Painted Clear Coated Wheels are about to face their 1st Cdn winter road contitions.
