I am posting this for TOOBUKU who is hosting the next SoCal ROC Meet in Orange County in March. Please note ALL Ridgeline owners are welcome!
For the few of us in this club with duel status, I am planning the 2ND Annual SoCal ROC meet. This is what I posted on the other site....
Happy New Year everyone,
I am planning the 2ND annual SoCal ROC Meet. I would like to hold it the same weekend as last year! Saturday, March 17, 2007 (which is also St Patrick's Day if you are Irish). I know if all that came last year and the members that we have gained since that time come out, we can blow the national meet record, which they beat us by 1 owner, out of this hemisphere!
I will post lodging info if you would like to make a whole weekend of it later but for now the plan is to take a poll of who is interested in coming and bold enough to commit to it now! I AM! We could also meet at the Saturday morning Auto Show in Irvine for coffee from 7:00 to 9:00 if you care too?
From there, we will meet for the photo op at Capistrano State Beach on PCH at 10:00 Saturday morning then drive ,in trail, to Dana Point Harbor for the impromptu Ridgeline Truck Show and eat. I will be asking my usually partners to assist in anything we can do to make it more fun than the last time. BRING YOUR TALK ABOUTS FOR THE CARAVAN!
Please vote the poll and post any suggestions you may have. This is a regional meet and greet but if you are passing through, come on down and join the fun. All Ridgeline Owners are welcome!

| Now, Tony, why is it that every ROC meet you organize is when I am going on a cruise? :x Don't you want me at the meets? Seriously, I am booked for cruise that weekend, so I will be missing another one! :roll: So sorry! |

Are you kidding me? Damn Dave, I wish I could cruise as much as you! I will tell you this now, Cal ROC 2 in Santa Cruz is the last weekend in September! I'VE BEEN TOLD! :) |

| And that's when we am going on yet another cruise! My wife has fallen in love with this cruising thing, I know what I'm going to be spending a lot of money on in the future! |

| I made the trip to last year's meet from AZ and will be doing so again this year! I just adjusted my reservations so we can drive out on Friday, 3/16. So I hope to see a lot more ridgeline owners out there too! |

Dave, Just call the ships captain and have him change the cruise dates!! Ya can’t miss Tony’s meet & greets as he is gettin very good at it by now….
bongus, It was so great meeting you guys and we can’t wait till we’re up north again as you guys have some awesome shore line and beautiful countryside where you live. I’ve got our calendar marked too….
Kevin! It’s great to see you here as well. When are you guys planning this years Sedona event? We’ve been doing a few searches for campsites in the vicinity so we’re ready to put dates to this event as are a few other SoCal owners. |

| We are 1 week away from the ROC meet in Dana Point. I hope to see you there. We are meeting at Capistrano Beach Park on PCH at 10:00. Once everyone arrives we will caravan from there Northwest to The Brig Restaurant in Dana Point Harbor for the truck show off and lunch. I have some friends travelling here from arizona as well. It's going to be a fun time. |

Well, I hope all of you enjoy the SoCal meet this weekend. I would have been there, but I am boarding the Monach this weekend for a cruise to Ensenada. I wish you all the best, and I look forward to getting together with you on one of these meets in the near future!

Hey Linda, We can use the same hotel info from last year and look into going to the Monterey Aqurium this year instead of the 17 mile drive. Also for 2008 I move that the CAL ROC Meet move to North of San Francisco and down South for 2009. |

I'll shoot you the Santa Cruz hotel stuff.
As for North of SF--GREAT! We can 'do' Marin County, Sausalito, Napa County...all great areas/locations with parking, great places to eat, etc. Super Idea.
Let me get on the hotel thing so you have that now. One less thing for me to think about. |
