I finally got to test drive the Ridgeline. I must say I was very impressed. It definately does not drive like a pickup. I drove it on a bumpy road, and it took the bumps quite nicely. It definately looks much better in person. The In-Bed trunk is definately bigger than it looks. Plenty of storage space and comfortable for 5 people. I definately want to buy one within the next couple weeks, however the dealers around my area (Rhode Island) mainly have only Silver, Black, and Red coming in. I really wanted to see the Blue and Green in person. I think I'd like the steel blue, but I'm hesitant to order a blue one w/out seeing it in person. Any suggestions about color?

Paulo106,

I have driven a Green and a Blue, the Blue is my first choice, so I am waiting till I can get RTS in Steel Blue. Note silver while I have not seen one is my second choice, and I did like the Green, but still prefer Blue.

Silver here.

Just couldn't do the dark colors any longer. Spent too many days and nights keeping them clean.

I just picked up a silver one ... they had a red one on the floor and it looked really awesome. I just had a black F150 and was tired of cleaning it to keep it looking good. I was going to get the blue until I actually saw the blue ... didn't like it ... kinda girly (in my opinion). Green looked good also.

Tough question! I like the Black and the Red. I was hoping I would like the green, but when I saw it, I thought it was too close to ARMY green. The other factor in this is the interior. I can't believe Honda decided to put the tan/beige interior in the black truck. That seems so odd to me - especially since they do a gray interior for the blue and silver ones. I had almost decided against the Black or Red because of that...until I saw it. The 2-toned color scheme is really sharp - even if i can't get past that it shouldn't be in a black truck.

To make my long ramble come to a point, I would suggest that you consider the interior color as well as the exterior - that may make your decision eaiser.

Thanks guys, I'm leaning towards the silver, but still debating the blue. Does anyone have any real pics of a blue Ridgeline, other than the ones from the Honda website. Much easier to see color in outdoor lighting, for example.

I have a silver one but they traded a blue one for mine( their trade not mine) and if I had had a chance I would have kept the blue. It is a really good color. I like my silver but all things being equal, I would chose the blue.

It will be another couple of weeks before we get to see one outside up here, but I found the Ammonite Green one at the car show on the weekend rather appealing. Especially with the bright yellow honda quad loaded in the back!

I pick up my Ridgeline on saturday. I went with the Steel Blue over the Silver. The more I looked at the Silver the more it looked like a primer coat.

I just ordered/reserved a green one. I've seen them all, and can honestly say I would take any of them! The blue is really nice esp. with the grey interior; the black should have a grey interior; the red is too bright for me; the silver is very shiny; the white looks cool and clean. Did I miss any? Bottom line -- I like the green because it's different than any vehicle I've ever owned and the Ridgeline is different than any vehicle I've ever owned -- seemed like a good combo! I can't wait until mine comes in...should be next week.

I test drove one the other day, black with the tan interior. I originally thought I'd like the silver, but in person it was just too bright. Haven't seen the blue, might really like it, but I also wasn't crazy about the monochrome gray & charcoal/black interior -- to my surprise I much prefered the tan with the dark accent color, so I'm thinking about the Redrock pearl. I've had two Acura's very close to this color and really like it, esp. with the tan interior. Looking at getting the RTL w/moonroof in about a month, they're building it now. Will have to pay MSRP, still working the trad-in for my 2004 Acura TSX (which is carbon gray w/gray interior, which I really like in this car).
The RidgeLine is going to be very handy in so many ways, but I'll definetely miss my TSX, it's such a great car.

I pick up my silver RTL with moonroof this Saturday. The two tone gray/charcoal interior is very attractive, especially after owning (2) '04 Accords with beige leather. Silver is such a easy color to keep clean and you'll never have to worry about resale value since it's so inoffensive. I can't believe the post that claimed the silver looked like "primer". It's a lot classier than that. I'll be glad to compare the exterior condition of my silver Ridge to anybody's dark color a couple of years down the road. Regardless of your color choice, congratulations to everybody joining the Ridgeline family! Isn't it great to be driving a truck that dares to be a little different?

Honda's silver is actually quite nice -- I don't particularly care for silver because it often looks like 'grey' after a year or so, but the honda silver keeps it's sparkle for many years. If it ever gets to looking dull, just wash it, it'll dazzle you once again.

Really a tough question. We had the Sandstone color on our Pilot and were very happy with it. At first we were disappointed that it was not an available color for the RidgeLine - but later felt that was not really an ideal color for a "truck" anyway!

Thought about the Steel Blue, but after seeing a few DIRTY Pilots, decided it would show dirt more than some other colors. Also considered the Redrock, but ruled it out as well for a couple reasons. Finally saw a white on the lot and decided it was our first choice.

:)

I think the sandstone would be a great color for a truck! I was considering a Dodge RAM 1500 in a color that is similar to the sandstone and even saw one today and thought how good it looked.

A white Ridgeline probably looks pretty cool!

Saw a white one this afternoon. It looked great. Looks much better in person than I thought it would. The only color I haven't seen yet is the red and since I have an accord that color I know I like it.
