Here's some pictures of how to do the rear power socket. The relay for the front sockets is farther up in the dash and is much harder to get to.
This relay is on the driver side kick panel below the parking brake.

Have you ever had any experience with a 2007 Accord with the same issue?

Thanks again!

Angler, I have the wire and the spade lugs. If you'd like, PM me your address and I'll be happy to send you the jumper. I have the appropriate industrial crimp press and it only takes a few seconds to make the jumper.

In fact, I need to make one for myself, anyway.

Quick shout out to Pizza Man who sent me one. It works great.
Wish I could do it for the two front outlets.
What I really want to do is run a power cord up under the dash, around the frame and down near my visor. I've got a garmin gps and a bluetooth speaker for my phone that both use the same usb type power supply.

If you want to do the front outlets, MarkD, here are some intructions that I copied. The relay block is up behind the headlight switch.

"Front power outlets on 24/7!
Installation Details
1) Locate that relay block. No you don't need to remove the whole dash cover, just the small one on the side of the dash by the headlight switch.
Get one hand under the dash on the relay block and the other hand with a flat head screw driver on the relay block release bracket; push the release bracket and the relay block up at the same time.
2) Locate the relay for the front power outlets
3) Grab the relay with some pliers and wiggle that sucker out. It's a tight space, but I know you can do it.
4) Make that jumper - two 1/4" spade connectors; crimped onto a 2" wire
5) Plug the jumper into the relay block
The jumper goes into the two slots that are side by side with eachother; I was able to insert the jumper by hand."

I made my jumper for the rear outlet about 4" rather than 2" to make it easier to hold on to and insert. The relay should look just like the one for the rears.

THanks!

I'll try it with the jumper Pizzaman made me for the rear since I don't need them all live. I'll let you know.

Thank you all very much! Fortunately for me, my local Honda dealer here in LaGrange, GA has a great service department. I took them the pictures and asked if they would fix it for me and they did not only my Ridgeline but my finace's new Accord at no charge! Just one of many nice thinga about a living in a small town.

BTW, even thought they are in a small town, they do a tremendous volume thanks to internet sales and very aggressive "no haggle" pricing' "No haggle" means they put a steep discount plus any other incentives on the sticker price and put that price on the car and that is the price. In the caseof my fiance's 2007, that price was $995 below invoice and no other deaqler I spoke with could come closer that $500. So, if you ever in the market you might want to check them out. Just Google Mike Patton Honda in LaGrange, GA. You may also look on eBay for them.

Thanks again to allfor you time, effort and input to my question.

I had a local stereo shop run a 12v direct line from the battery into the cabin. I then put andersen powerpoles (http://www.andersonpower.com/products/singlepole-connectors.html) on the wires and attached them to a Rig Runner (#4005) (http://www.westmountainradio.com/). From there I have a few devices plugged into the rig runner including a always on cig cord. It works great too. You can add as many as you need. A good source for premade cables if you don't want to make them yourselves is: www.qsradio.com. Plus it is fused and easy to change if you pop them.
