I am almost ready to sign the papers on a new Ridgeline but I am concerned about the quality of the leather seats. I have a 2004 CRV EXL and the one complaint I have is that the leather seats (drivers mostly) is already very cracked and worn looking after only 3 years. I work in an office so I'm not climbing in with rough clothes on! I've used leather conditioner and cleaner regularly to try to maintain the appearance but they still look worn.
Do the Ridgeline leather seats fair any better? |

| My leather seats still look good and getting close to 3 years (March 05). So my take on this if it's the left side of the drivers seat showing wear then I would have to say you are sliding across the seat to enter and exit. I found that with Running Boards or Side Steps are a great tool so you don't slide across the seat once develop a way to use them. The system I use prevents sliding. Left foot on the RB or SS, right foot in the vehicle then hang on to the steering wheel and pull your self up and in without sliding. |

| My seats are getting a bit used looking but nothing you wouldn't expect from a 2 1/2 year old vehicle that gets used pretty hard -- the leather is getting a bit discolored, but I'm sure it'll clean right up. I think the quality of these seats is fantastic. My TL black leather seats showed more wear in less time than the olive leather in my Ridgeline. |
