here a possible solution:

just take it slow to remove your scratch. |

My dealer has someone that comes around weekly to remove scratches on their cars, new and used. Check with your dealer and see if they offer the same service. This guy fixed one on my truck when I bought it, there was a scratch on the bottom of a door panel. A year later and I still can't tell it was scratched.
I found a scratch about 9 inches long on my rear bumper, I need to see about getting it fixed. That website was cool but if you possibly have to respray the clear you might as well take it somewhere to be fixed by a professional. |

| the honda touch-up paint is pretty good- its a pen, so its easy to use and hit just the line you need to fix. much better than the nail-polish style they had w/ my last honda |

Snapshot,
Thanks for the link to Popular Mechanics. That was what I needed. Sounds like a good bet I will be able to salvage my paint job from the scratches. I took the wrong jeep trail and had some thick branches get the side of my truck. |
