| after re-charging battery the navigation system asked for my code, which I typed in with no success. Took it to the dealership and after not finding the serial # on the dvd player under the seat they took it back to a service tech in the back. they came back and asked me if the cd was in it because they couldn't get it opened (the dvd player that is). They didn't know what to do. I took it home and got it opened and ejected the nav cd and reinstalled it and retyped the code, but no luck. Any ideas? |

| Is there an error message, or does it just remain blank? Do your other on-screen functions work, such as the audio and the calculator, etc? |

when I start the engine the only thing that pops up is the page for the code to be typed in. when I type it in (and I know it worked originally) I get "incorrect pin" and it continues to give me the option to enter the code. No other on-screen functions work - menu, info or calculator - the code screen is the only thing that appears.
The radio and cd player work fine.
thanks for the reply. |
