Readign CR-V's post about the Fresh Air Intake made me think: there must be universal engine mods that we can use!
I don't know much about this area so I'd appreciate any help. |

I can get you 75 Whp for about $600 or less! One word, NITROUS! There was a guy around here with a Pilot spraying 100hp (no crap) and was running like 8.7 in the 1/8th. He re-jetted to 125hp and scattered the motor. The 3.5L Honda V6 will make lots more power when asked. I'm also anxious to see what the aftermarket has in store for the RL. I've been considering calling up some of the supercharger companies, I'd love to have a Roots style blower huffing into the intake. Plus, can you imagine the RL engine/exhaust sound with a free flowing intake and the whine of a supercharger? :evil:

While not likely to provide much of a HP boost, has anyone explored the idea of adding dual exhaust to the RidgeLine? The V6 might have a nice mellow sound to it with "duals"!

Comptech will be making an Eaton based supercharger for the Ridge.
Dual exhaust will be awesome. I'd love to have one. |

Just one? It wouldn't be "dual" then!! :lol:
I just had duals put on my wife's Cruiser and it looks and sounds SO much nicer!!! I may stop by one of the local muffler shops and get some ideas and prices for the RidgeLine! I'll report back anything I come up with. |

| Do we have confirmation that they will make a supercharger? Comptech has talked for years about making a supercharger for the 03+ Accord, but recently announced that they in fact will not be making a supercharger. Seems like they like to make superchargers for the Acura products only these days. I'd love to see a supercharger for the Ridgeline, and if Comptech doesn't, someone else will. I see a supercharger application being very practical on the Ridgeline. |
