| I am quite sure that the Cdn version will not be offered with XM Radio and I think the reason for that is being the CRVT has not approved (like normal they are behind the times) At present don't know of any other features. |

I would guess, that the Canadian RidgeLine comes with DRL, whereas the US spec does not.
Eh??? |

constitutes wrote (View Post): › docWrite("quote")Any clue? Yes with DLR's , No Satellite Radio as yet (this fall the latest we've heard) As for color choice no white and they use a different name for the Amazon Green. And real lousy choice of interior colors One choice GREY. The Honda Canada web site is lousy in comparison to the USA one.

I must say that I liked my grey interior in my Black Ridge, down south they have beige with the Black model. We didn't get the choice of White because we would lose it in the snow
The CRTC have approved in principal Sattellite radio so maybe the XM will be a add-on in the future |

| Canadian Ridgelines don't come in white. They don't want you to get lost in the snow. So what does Colorider do? |

| I wonder what the cost would be to buy one in Canada? US/Canadian conversion??? I really want one with DRL. I would kill for a black exterior and a gray interior. Maybe I'll wait and buy one in Canada. Hmmmm.   |

Hmmm Russ, I didn't have a choice Grey interior was the only choice I could get (Steel Blue on 29 Mar 05) do like. And how did we miss this on previous post's the odometer is Metric, no big deal i'am hooked on it. And ya the Honda Canada web site is still lousy compared to the US version. Russ got a question for you what kinda roads will you be driving on ? Paved,Dirt,Gravel?

I forgot about the speedometer being metric. Dang! :( I really like the DRLs(my Chevy has them)
I'm gonna opt for the silver ridge. I'd possibly get the green but I don't like the beige interior. I hope Honda will offer the gray in all exteriors next year.
As for roads, Alaska has all types of surfaces. Alot of frost heaves in the remote roads. Gravel, gravel gravel everywhere. A 6 lane highway between Anchorage and Eagle River (my town). Life is good in the great land.
The Ridge seems to be the perfect vehicle for our lifestyle. I want a truck to haul light loads, canoe, and float tubes. Wet waders in the trunk. Gotta have a back seat for the dog. :) We also need a comfortable vehicle for me, my wife and other adults. We do some long distance driving on occasion and we need all the advantages of luxury vehicle. I like the safety features and creature comforts. Plus towing abilitiy, moonroof, nice sound system, FWD... you can't beat it. |
