Has anyone else noticed the left foot rest for the drver "Pops" or "Clicks" when stepped on or pushed on like when getting into the truck? It also looks like a compartment of some sort, anyone open it yet?
Strange but true....

I noticed there is a removable cover on the "dead pedal", but I have not popped it off to see what is underneath.
Let us know what you find out!!

When I read about the 'secret compartment,' I went right out to take a looksee. I couldn't get the 'cover' off. I tried prying it off with a screw driver using the slot that seems to be just for that purpose, but the soft plastic is so easy to damage that I gave up without any success.
I would guess that if popped off, all you'd see are the screws holding the pedal to the floor.

| I agree with you 06. I think my Accord actually has it where you can see the screw. Ahhh...technology and those Engineering advancements!! |
