| I was Tempted when I joined this forum but I was quickly devoured by a NEED to own this truck. After a month of ownership, I finally got around to choosing a new name for myself, since I'm no longer "tempted." RockiesRigde fits because this is my favorite place on the planet and most of my adventures are in the Rockies. |

Cool name!!!! I have actually thought about changing mine, but since it's the same one I have used on other forums so long, I decided to stay with it.
BTW, where do you live since you mentioned the Rockies?
Actually, it is REALLY nice if everyone here would at least include the state (or providence) they are from in their profile. With this, it will show up along with their username. It often helps to understand and answer questions since not all of us deal with the same issues - depending on where we live.

I live next door, in Utah. I love your state. I don't know why it took me so long to discover the wonders of Colorado, but my first trip there was only four years ago. I'm trying to get one trip there a summer now. What an awesome place!!! It's also the most dog friendly state I've ever been too. I wish all places were so welcoming to furry family members.
BTW, Utah is nothing to sneeze at. Indeed, it may be the most scenic state in the Union. There is so much to see and do here. If you haven't been, you really should come to see what I'm talking about. |

Thanks for all the nice comments about Colorado - but you are EXACTLY right that Utah is nothing to sneeze about. Some of my most enjoyable motorcycle rides have been in Utah!!!

Thanks, Ridgegal. It took me a while to think of one that suited me. Tempted was an instantanious thought because I joined right after looking at the Ridge and doing a test drive. This forums and other web resources made a huge difference in the deal we were able to get.
I'm glad you went with Ridgegal. It's nice to see not everyone on the forum is male. The testosterone gets pretty heavy from time to time. We, women need to have a presence here too. |

Ha!!!!! Reminds me of an old story about a person that lived in New Mexico that was buying something from a business back east. When they gave the business their address, they were told "Sorry - we only ship to the US".
Duh....
