Great article. Ridge is a great vehicle. 5 star ft. and side and now this. People think it is high. What price is safety worth. How much do they care about their families.

I think you might have a good marketing angle there: If you love your family, you'll buy a Ridgeline.

Yes colorider I did follow that warranty thread, but kept my key board silent with only one thought in mind "Hope It's True" As I said in my march 05 post I'am not a lover of those double corp standards (Even with my beloved Honda). Y'all deserve a better Power Train Warranty in particular if you compare the number of Hondas sold in the USA compared to Canada, no contest. Just my 02 on this warranty subject it would be a very smart move on Hondas part to up the Power Train Warranty in the USA as it has been for years in Canada (5 years--100,000KM) Why?
1. They are not spending current $$$ but could be spending future $$$.

2.Sales from the big 3 with thier give away taticis plus the Koreans must have some effect (temporary) on Honda sales.

3.And Dailmer Chrysler cutting back thier power train warranty on 06 models from 7 year--70,000 miles to 3-36 (Like GM & Ford)

"Damn the competition race is great" The winners will be us. ( Oh ya our bucks dem der guys have got thier fingers on the pulse and dey gotta or dey don't be around for long.colorider wrote (View Post): › docWrite("quote")

Well, it will be interesting to see - assuming we get our letters in the mail describing the extended warranty.
