| I just got my Steel Blue Ridgeline RTS today. I realize I will need to post again after a week or so but I really like it just from the driving around I have done today. I traded in a 2002 Chevy Z28 so this is going to really be different for me. I have looked around at some of the other post but have not found one yet that talks about anyone doing any off-road driving. Has anyone gotten to try out the 4WD in sand, like at the beach yet? I will post more after I have driven it for a few days. |

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new truck. Spend some time looking around at old posts and doing some searches, you'll find a lot of interesting stuff. Also, check out the 'polls' section and get yourself counted! Looking forward to hearing your comments next week after you put about 500 miles on the Ridgeline.
BTW it's kinda nice to know where people are from (part of the world) and there's a place in your profile for this info and it'll be displayed under your name, etc. |

Yes Edgenlake, welcome aboard and enjoy the forum. LOTS of useful information here and a pretty decent bunch of people (IMNSHO).
As 2006 mentioned - it is real handy to see where people are from. It helps the rest of us understand and answer questions.
Good Luck!! |

Cool!!!! I always find it interesting to read the locations to see if I have ever been there or even heard of the city. In your case, Seabrook is a new one to me.

| Seabrook is just south of Houston along the coast. Since you are in Colorado have you done much 4 wheeling with your Ridgeline? We don't have the hills and mountains here but we have lots of beaches further south. On a side note I have had mine for several days now and starting to get a little nervous about the gas milage. I drive 100 miles a day round trip for work and this gas gauge seems to be dropping in a hurry. I have not had to refill yet but an going to figure the milage when I do. Have you are anyone else notice better gas milage once it has broken in a bit? |

I've been to Houston, but never Seabrook. I'm not really a "4-wheeler" so I can't help you much. I had a Pilot before the RidgeLine and it did VERY well in snowy conditions for the 2-3 winters I owned it.
Mileage wise, I'm staying pretty consistent and have not noticed much of an increase (I'm at about 5500 miles currently). |

| Might want to check around on the site for a thread about gas mileage -- I get under 20 on the average (probably a little closer to 18) with a combination of city and hwy driving. Mine did seem to get a little better after breaking it in. I now have almost 13K on mine so I'd guess it's not going to get any better from now on! |
