any good Gas Turbine tech jobs out there in california?
Im a GSM in the Navy. I want to get out and actually work on the engine itself. being a GSM , you really don’t get to work on the engine, you pretty much are a monitor and it sucks. I want C school but ill have to reenlist prob. What is the best route to become a tech rep in the Gas turbine world with navy experience in the Civilian side ?
hughes aircraft is in the el segundo area. 40th id california arng has abrams and has civilian tech positions. theres a lot of guys who do a fulltime tech job and stay in the guard. not a bad deal.
