You want to produce photographs in the style of Andy Warhol paintings. I do not know what programme you are using or if you are even asking about a programme?
I use Paint Shop Pro and manually make pictures like that via colour filters, and I just paste it all in a square. It’s really easy to do, and takes tops 5 minutes once you learn how the controls work.
