How to program remote keypad for craftsman model 139.536…garage door opener remote keypad?
lost manul and trying to program keypad. opener motor has green pushbutton and keypad has numbers 0-9 7 enter key.
OK, it has been a while but I used to have one of those.
If it is the same there will be a program pad or gizmo on the door opener motor mechanism as you say with those numbers.
Now have a close hard look at the remote hand piece and you should find that in where you put the battery there will be another little gizmo, excuse my technical description, where you put in the same number sequence.
It may be electronic now but mine was a row of little push toggles on which you set the same numbers.
If it is a brand new jobbie and is different to what I have tried to explain, do a “Google” search on the web for the manufacturer and you may be able to down load the information you need.
