Purify Your Water for Better Health
The engineering and abilities of the industrial water filtration systems have recently grown in leaps and bounds. The systems can now fill no less than 600 bottles every hour and provide much purer water than before. This capacity is six times more than the amount of water these systems were able to provide before.
In an effort to remain competitive in the mid- and high-range industrial water filtration systems products, Chinese boiler suppliers are re-positioning the R&D toward enhancing the performance of their water filtration equipment.
The purity of the bottled water is another subject that some manufacturers have been working on. Several corporations are introducing systems with a mono-block base that includes the washing and filling tanks, preventing dust and other impurities from contaminating the system.
What’s more, parts of the machine that are intended to have contact with the water are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
In most of the currently sold industrial water filtration systems, three to five washing booths are incorporated, each being engineered to sterilize the inner and outer sides of the bottle at the same time. For the best purification, some water bottling units also come with heating and drying stages.
For a more time-saving and accurate machine, the stages of washing, filling and capping are totally automatic because of a programmable logic controller (PLC). This is basically a task-specific computer engineered for multiple input and output processing. Manufacturers can purchase PLCs from Panasonic, Siemens and LG.
The sturdy construction of modern industrial water filtration systems gives them the ability to withstand extreme temperatures and intense vibrations thus elongating the useful lifespan of the equipment.
Considering things from the production angle, though, quite a few bottled water manufacturers are not in a hurry to try new technologies in industrial water filtration systems because of the detailed process of fabrication. They are worried that renovation might cause restructuring the entire operation, causing a significant increase in the cost of manufacturing.
