Getting Industrial Strength Water Filtration for Better Health
The engineering and capacities of the industrial water filtration systems have recently improved greatly. They can now handle a minimum of 600 bottles every hour and provide much purer water than before. This amount is six times more than the volume these systems had the capacity to provide previously.
In order to continue being viable in the mid- and high-range industrial water filtration systems industry, Chinese boiler suppliers are re-positioning the R&D in the direction of improving the performance of their boilers.
The quality of the bottled water is an additional subject that many engineers have taken up. A few companies are now offering systems with a mono-block base that protects the washing and filling tanks, stopping dust and other impurities from contaminating the system.
Additionally, pieces of the machine that are intended to have contact with the water are made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
In the majority of the newly introduced industrial water filtration systems, three to five washing booths are incorporated, each having the ability to sterilize both the interior and exterior of the bottle in one operation. For the best purification, the more advanced water bottling units are also provided with heating and drying stages.
For a more effective and accurate unit, the stages of washing, filling and capping are totally automatic when operated by a programmable logic controller (PLC). This is basically a task-specific computer engineered for multiple input and output processing. Manufacturers could purchase PLCs from Panasonic, Siemens and LG.
The sturdy composition of modern industrial water filtration systems lets them withstand extreme temperatures and intense vibrations therefore elongating the useful lifespan of the equipment.
As far as production is concerned, quite a few bottled water manufacturers are not in a hurry to invest in new technologies in industrial water filtration systems because of the intricate process of changing the system. They are worried that improvements may require replacing the entire system, causing a painful increase in the cost of manufacturing.
