Superb Sony Warranty Also in Topons PSP AC Adaptor
Admittedly, against the backdrop of sweeping high-tech era, advanced and newfangled electronics have hit the market making a splash and gained immense popularity among general publics and all the more intensified the rat race of the electronics market. Needless to say, the craze for the vintage and superb Sony PSP AC adaptor is a case in point. More importantly Sony well on its way towards breakthrough and roaring success on the strength of its constant innovation and endless efforts features satisfactory and convincing warranty. Here comes the proof elaborated on by a net friend about Superb Sony warranty.
“So, what do you do when your original PSP AC Adapter dies? You call Sony’s warranty service if your PSP is still under warranty or you look for a replacement at Amazon. Ours was under warranty so we called Sony. They will want your PSP’s serial number, model number (can’t they deduce that from the serial number?) and some proof of purchase – they were okay with me printing the Amazon invoice for proof.
At that point, they will tell you that you have to send your PSP in for repair and they will offer to send you a prepaid box for UPS to pick it up. If you know for a fact that it’s the PSP AC adapter (I did because we have other PSPs in the house and could test) tell them so and the Sony person may understand that all you need fixing is the AC adapter, not the PSP. You will have to ship it to them – for some reason, they want you to pay if you ship the adapter only and they will cover shipping back to you.
If they find the PSP AC adapter to be defective – they did, in our case – they will replace it with a new one, if or when they get one in stock. I wasn’t that lucky. They didn’t have AC adapters in stock so they told me to wait. One month later, they still didn’t have AC adapters in stock but they had a waiting list so the nice Sony person suggested that I buy one from Amazon and they would send me a free game instead. I agreed and, two days later I had my new PSP AC adapter from Amazon. Shortly after that, I got my ‘free’ or consolation Little Big Planet for the PSP from Sony. Not totally bad but… still, this after more than one month waiting.”
Admittedly, Sony PSP AC power adaptor warranty has struck a chord with the majority of general publics by its desirable customer service. I do admire it and by the way I’d say I ever bought a terrific PSP AC adaptor on the acclaimed online marketplace Topons blessed with multifarious high-end PSP games accessories and also enjoyed the favorable and touching warranty. Beyond doubt, my gratitude to the fabulous PSP AC adaptor and Topons warranty defies description and I have the good mind to buy another awesome PSP AC adaptor there.
