Hobart Handler 140 MIG Welder – Welding Made Easy!

It welds 24 gauge up to 1/4″ steel. It has an excellent Arc Performance and is capable of welding 3/16″ steel in one pass only. You should have a smooth technique, though. If your welding requirements include welding heavier wires often, a 220V machine can be a more appropriate choice.

This tool welds very well in light works, and perfects its job: it can be considered as a glue gun for metal.

The Hobart 140 is also quite easy to use. It is portable and features a rubber mat, so you can land it on most surfaces. It has maximum versatility as it operates with off 115V standard household current, so that you can use it almost anywhere. This is a great MIG welder that handles a wide variety of wires, such as flux cored and aluminum wires, in materials like stainless steel or solid mild. It also offers a safety switch that is live when you’re welding, and a motor protection with self-resetting thermal overload.
